Bulgur is a cereal that is not typical for our region. Nevertheless, it is becoming more and more firmly in our culinary habits.
In addition, bulgur contains many useful substances: first of all, these are B vitamins, it is not deprived of the youth vitamin E.
Those wishing to lose weight are recommended to consume bulgur in the morning, boiled in water and, of course, without oil.
But let's not go to extremes and cook delicious chicken soup with bulgur and bell pepper using the usual technology.
Take the groceries on the list.
Chop the chicken wings over the joints.
Boil in a little water for 5 minutes and drain the broth, wash the meat and the pan and fill it with clean water again (this is for chicken from a poultry farm). Add the stems of herbs, a piece of onion and bring to a boil.
Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables: cut the potatoes into cubes, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the peppers and onions into small cubes.
Throw the potatoes into the boiled broth, cook until half cooked.
Heat oil and simmer vegetables lightly.
Cut the tomato into small cubes.
