For the dish, use ordinary filtered water. I really like a large amount of sour cream in okroshka, so you don't need to feel sorry for it, but if you are a lover of mayonnaise, add it to okroshka. Let's take the most delicious boiled sausage for the recipe, and add the classic set of ingredients - fresh cucumbers, potatoes, chicken eggs, fresh aromatic herbs. It is necessary to serve okroshka chilled.

So, prepare all the necessary ingredients according to the list. You must first boil chicken eggs, potatoes.

Peel the boiled potato tubers, then cut them into small cubes and load them into a deep bowl.

Wash and dry fresh cucumbers, trim the tails on both sides, check that there is no bitterness in the cucumbers. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes and add to the potatoes.
