Step by step recipe with photo
With the onset of hot days, okroshka becomes an ordinary dish for many housewives. It can be cooked on any fermented milk product, including kefir, acidophilus, yogurt.
This recipe is presented according to technological map No. 303 and is designed for the total weight of the product - 2 kg, so all ingredients are given in grams, some I had to round up.
The combined okroshka includes two types of meat, I have boiled beef and smoked ham. You can take just boiled meat of different types, as shown in the card. And yet, everyone has their own preferences. For example, I don't like potatoes in okroshka at all, so I added less of it than necessary. I present the recipe exactly.
Essential products for cooking okroshka with meat on kefir.
Let's start cooking. Chop green onions and dill.
Put the herbs in a container for okroshka, salt and slightly remember that the onion gives a little juice. This is what the technological map requires and my mother taught me how to do it. Believe me, okroshka in this case turns out to be very fragrant and rich.
Boiled meat of two types (or smoked, like mine) cut into small cubes. Add to the herbs in the pan.
Peel and slice the cucumbers. Add cucumbers to the pot.
Peel the boiled potatoes and chop finely. Add potatoes to the pot with vegetables and herbs.
Peel the boiled egg, chop. In my case, there are more eggs than required by the technological map))
Stir the slices and salt.
Pour in cool kefir.
Add chilled boiled water and stir okroshka well.
Bring okroshka to taste by adding salt and sugar. Let it brew in the refrigerator. The combined okroshka with meat on kefir is ready.
Enjoy your meal!
