Pea soups are delicious on chicken, beef, and smoked meats, cooked in a saucepan or in a slow cooker. Peas can be boiled, or you can leave a little undercooked, as you like. Pea soup is cooked for a long time, but if you soak the peas in advance, the cooking time of the soup will decrease. It is convenient to cook pea soup in a slow cooker - you do not need to keep track of the time, the equipment itself will tell you when the next stage of cooking comes.

Today I suggest you cook pea beef soup in a slow cooker. The simplest foods are required: meat, vegetables and peas.

Rinse the beef, fill it with hot water and set it to cook on the “Soup” mode (or “Frying” if there is no such mode). We set the timer for 30 minutes. After 15 minutes, the broth will boil and you can remove the foam and add onions and carrots. Be sure to use carrots, it gives a special taste to the pea soup.

While the broth is boiling, rinse and fill the peas with water.

Add the peas to the multicooker bowl and continue to cook for 40-50 minutes.

Cut the potatoes into cubes or cubes, as you like.
