The fastest soup to prepare is with Rollton. You can cook it even without meat in about 12-15 minutes, with different vegetables and spices.

Ingredients

Instant vermicelli "Rollton" - 1 pack

Duck breast - 1 pc.

Potatoes - 1 pc.

Carrots - 1 pc.

Bulb onions - 1 pc. (small)

Bay leaf - 2-3 pcs.

Water - 1.5 l

Salt - 0.5 tsp

Ground black pepper - to taste

To make a hearty soup, just add cereal or pasta during cooking. But what if there is no cereal at hand? You will be helped by the usual Rollton instant noodles, which can be purchased in any store or supermarket at a minimal price.

The first course can be prepared either with meat or sausage, or without meat products. I will use duck breast - it just happened to be fresh in my stock. The meat is cooked for about 1 hour, so I will cook the soup for that amount of time, but without meat, your soup will be ready in 15 minutes - this time is required for cutting potatoes to cook.

The taste of the vermicelli does not matter - I prefer not to add any seasoning from the pack or oil, since they are high in monosodium glutamate. Purely vermicelli and a classic set of vegetables are used.

Do not forget to add fresh dill, onion, parsley to make the first course more aromatic.

So, prepare the ingredients for the Rollton Soup and start cooking!

Rinse the duck breast in water, cut off the veins and films, cut the meat into small pieces and send to the pan. Add bay leaves, pour in water and place the container on the stove. Bring the liquid to a boil, skim off the foam, and simmer for about 45 minutes on moderate heat.

Peel potatoes, carrots and onions, rinse in water. Cut the potatoes into medium cubes, the carrots and onions into small cubes. Add to saucepan 15 minutes until tender.

5 minutes before the end of cooking, pour in the Rollton vermicelli, breaking it into pieces in your hands.

Rinse fresh herbs in water, chop and add to the pan 2-3 minutes before the end of cooking. Taste the soup and adjust if necessary.

Pour hot soup with Rollton into deep bowls and serve with bread, sour cream, mayonnaise of any fat content, etc.
