Cooking a light and healthy meat soup with spinach for dinner.
Ingredients

I suggest making a light soup with meatballs from minced meat and spinach, which is almost ground to dust, which will give the soup an interesting green color.
Making green meatball soup is easy and simple. Perhaps even a child can handle cooking.
You can take any minced meat: I had pork and beef.
Spinach can also be used frozen. You do not need to defrost it beforehand.
To make green soup, prepare the foods listed.
Chop potatoes randomly, put in a saucepan. Add water or broth. I often don't add broth to soups with meatballs, because meat broth will come from the meat during the cooking process.
Place the pot on the stove. Form meatballs from minced meat, put them in a saucepan.
I never add an egg to minced meat for meatballs: they always keep their shape perfectly without it. If unsure, add an egg.
Cook the potatoes with the meatballs until the potatoes are tender. The meatballs will float to the surface.
While the potatoes and meatballs are cooking, prepare the soup dressing.
Finely chop the onion, carrot, pepper and garlic and fry.
Put the dressing in a saucepan, boil for a few minutes.
Grind the spinach in a chopper, adding a couple of tablespoons of water to it.
Put chopped spinach in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, add salt and pepper. Turn off the heating.
Green soup with meatballs is ready.
