How often it happens that you are tired of soups, but the first must be on the table, especially if there are children in the family. In my family, as a rule, not a day goes without a first course. In winter, I usually cook hearty and rich soups, such as cabbage soup, borscht, pickle, etc., but in the hot season I want a light soup or just broth. And it is boring to eat broth with pieces of meat, which is why I want to share with you a recipe for a delicious and aromatic broth with meatballs, even children will like such a first dish, and they are usually picky about food.
We will prepare all the necessary products for the meatball broth.
Put peeled carrots, onions and bay leaves in a saucepan, fill with water, put on medium heat and cook for 15-20 minutes.
During this time, cut the meat into medium pieces and scroll through a meat grinder with a nozzle for coarse grinding.
Salt and pepper the minced meat, mix, form the meatballs of the required size and put them in boiling water.
Add the universal seasoning, salt and simmer for 20 minutes over moderate heat.
The broth with meatballs is ready, you need to serve it hot or warm with or without sour cream.
