I offer you an unusual first course - soup with chickpeas and walnuts. The soup comes out with a rich taste thanks to the smoked brisket present in it, and chickpeas and nuts add satiety to the soup. For soup, you can use chicken or meat broth, you can just water. When serving, the soup can be sprinkled with chopped parsley or dill.

To make nut soup with chickpeas, prepare the required ingredients from the list. Chickpeas should be poured with cold water in the evening. In the morning, you can cook it separately, or you can already directly in the soup. Rinse the chickpeas well, fill it with fresh water and put on fire.

While the chickpeas are boiling, prepare the brisket: cut it into strips.

Cut onion into cubes, grate carrots, pepper into strips.

Put the brisket in the pan without oil and fry a little, then remove it, add vegetable oil to the pan and fry the onions, carrots and bell peppers. At the very end, add chopped walnuts, fry everything for 1 minute and remove from heat.

When the chickpeas are almost ready, add the frying to the soup.

Then add brisket, pepper, cumin and salt. All together should be cooked for 3-5 minutes.

Remove the prepared soup from heat, let it brew and pour into portions.
