Mash soup tastes like lentil or pea soup. But unlike peas, mung bean cooks quickly enough - only 20 minutes. We take chicken fillet as a meat ingredient, after chopping we form meatballs from it. Vegetables are not fried in oil, they are thrown into the soup raw. Soup with mash and chicken meatballs is considered a dietary dish, while very satisfying and nutritious.

Soak the mash for several hours in cold water, then rinse it several times with running water.

Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes or strips.

Remove the top layer from the carrots and onions, grate the carrots on a fine grater, cut the onion into small squares using a knife.

Put a saucepan of a suitable size on the stove, pour in water, salt after boiling. Place the potato cubes and mung bean in the bubbling liquid, add raw carrots and onions after 5 minutes. When the water with the ingredients boils, reduce the heat, cook the soup for 20-30 minutes, until the potatoes are soft and mung bean.

Cut the chicken breast into pieces, place in a blender bowl, sprinkle with salt, chop until minced.

Form the minced chicken into small pieces of equal size.

Alternately dip the meat pieces into the soup 10-15 minutes after laying the potatoes.

When the potatoes are soft and the mung bean is tender, add chopped herbs to the soup. Taste it, add salt and pepper if necessary. If necessary, pour in boiled water, independently adjusting the desired density.

Boil the soup, remove from heat, let it brew for 10 minutes under the lid.

Enjoy your meal!
