I suggest making a delicious, rich chicken soup with homemade noodles and vegetables. It is perfect for a family dinner and, no doubt, everyone will like it. Of course, the cooking process will not be quick, since the noodles are made by hand, but it will be worth it. And if you buy homemade chicken, the taste and aroma of the soup will turn out to be even richer and brighter, which will positively affect the final result. Likewise with the dough - knead it on a homemade egg and get very beautiful yellow noodles.

To make homemade noodles with chicken and vegetables, prepare the food listed for the recipe.
Wash chicken meat thoroughly under cold running water, dry and cut into portions. Place in a suitable saucepan and cover with clean water. Bring to a boil, lower heat and skim off any foam.
Then add a large head of chopped onions and cook the broth until the meat is tender, about 1-1.5 hours, depending on how hard it is. I cooked from homemade chicken, so the cooking time was maximum.
In the meantime, prepare the dough for homemade noodles: beat the chicken egg into a small bowl, add vegetable oil and a pinch of salt. Use a fork to stir the egg mass until smooth.
