Hearty and tasty okroshka with beef is a real summer dish, treat your relatives!
Beef (boiled) - 150 g
Cucumber - 1 pc.
Radish - 5-6 pcs.

Kvass - 1 l

With the arrival of warmth, okroshka becomes a frequent and welcome guest at our table. How many okroshka recipes we know! And on water, and on kefir, and on kvass. With sausage, with meat or no meat ingredient at all. We use our favorite greens, fresh. Instead of radish, you can take the radish you like best.
Today I suggest you cook okroshka with beef on kvass.
Boil meat, potatoes and eggs in advance, then you can cook okroshka in a matter of minutes. Here are the products we need. I will make a reservation that you can vary the amount of ingredients to your liking.
Peel the boiled potatoes and cut into cubes.
We will also send chopped boiled eggs to a common bowl.
If the skin of the cucumber is tough, remove it. Finely chop the cucumber.
Cut the radish into small cubes. Put the cucumber and radish in a bowl with the potatoes and eggs.
Cut the boiled and chilled meat into cubes and add to other ingredients.
Finely chop fresh herbs.
Mix all the products, arrange them on plates. Please note that we do not salt our okroshka in a common bowl, otherwise the cucumbers will juice up and it will not be so tasty. Let everyone add salt to the plate to their taste.
It remains only to add sour cream and kvass - and you can enjoy the wonderful taste of okroshka with beef! Crispy vegetables, tender meat combined with potatoes and eggs give a wonderful fresh taste!
