Okroshka is an excellent first course, especially in hot weather. There are incredibly many options for cooking okroshka, I offer my own version, in which, in addition to the usual ingredients, boiled chicken is used.
Cooking okroshka with chicken on kvass will not take much time if you boil the necessary products in advance. Okroshka turns out to be tasty and quite satisfying.

Boil the chicken fillet in salted water for 20-25 minutes, then cool.
