The most fragrant chicken broth is obtained from poultry or farm poultry: both healthy and flavorful.

Friends often give me poultry in an already cut form from villages and villages. These are mostly chickens, which I use to create a rich and flavorful chicken broth. This first is extremely useful not only for adults, but also for children - it can never be compared with broiler chicken broth, which contains a huge amount of antibiotic.
By creating it in a slow cooker, I actually get two in one: broth and boiled chicken for main courses, salads, snacks. If this is a young rooster, then the broth will perfectly gel and you can create jellied meat or aspic without adding gelatin from it. I pour some of the liquid into food containers, close the lids and freeze - this way I always have a base for a delicious soup, borscht or for making mashed potatoes.
Cooking broth from homemade chicken in a slow cooker is the best option, in which you are free, and the food can already be served in 2 hours. Why exactly 2 hours? This is how much my multicooker needs to boil poultry until soft, as it has denser meat.
So, let's prepare the necessary ingredients and start cooking!
Rinse the domesticated chicken in water inside and out. Cut the legs off and place the poultry in the bowl with the cut pieces. Chicken skin stretches during cooking and the legs may rest against the lid and prevent it from closing if you want to check the dish during the cooking process. Peel the onion and carrots, rinse in water and cut into large slices. Add to the multicooker bowl.
Pour in warm water so that the equipment does not waste time heating it. Add salt and ground black pepper. Add bay leaves. Close the lid and set the "Cooking" or "Soup" mode for 2 hours. After 20-25 minutes, remove the foam from the surface of the broth so that it does not turn out cloudy.
After the beep, carefully open the lid of the multicooker, taking care not to scald yourself with the steam. Check the meat for readiness - it should taste tender and easy to chew.
Remove chicken, legs and vegetables to a plate. Strain the broth through a strainer into another container.
Put some of the chicken into a deep plate, pour in a couple of ladles of rich broth and serve with savory pastries, crackers.
