Ingredients

Recently, in various online stores, it is increasingly possible to buy products for preparing Asian food. Whenever I receive a parcel, I cook a delicious and aromatic mushroom soup in the Chinese style. We will prepare all products according to our long list. Peel and wash onions, carrots and garlic. Boil the eggs for 5-6 minutes - you need the yolk to remain slightly undercooked. Cool, clean.

Pour the ribs with 1.5 liters of cold water, set to cook. When the water boils, constantly skim off the foam. Boil the broth for 15-20 minutes.
