Kefir - 200 ml

Lemon juice - 2 tsp

Salt - 2 pinches

Water - 100 ml

Even during any food restrictions, you can prepare your favorite dish by adapting it in composition. By the way, very often you can find okroshka not on sausage, but on meat. And such okroshka will turn out to be more useful. This version of your favorite dish is suitable for any stage of a common diet. Although at the stage of alternation, you can additionally enrich the composition with fresh cucumber and radish.

Prepare all ingredients. Boil chicken breast in salted water with spices, then cool. Also boil a hard-boiled chicken egg. Wash the greens and pat dry with napkins.

Disassemble the chicken fillet with your hands into small pieces or cut into small cubes. Transfer to a bowl.

Now it's the turn of the chicken egg. Remove the shell and cut it into small cubes, transfer to a bowl.

Peel the onion and garlic, chop very finely. Do the same with dill - chop finely, after rinsing it with running water and drying it. Place prepared foods in a bowl.

Pour kefir into a bowl, add lemon juice, salt and dilute with water to the desired consistency of the dish.

Okroshka for Dukan is ready. Serve immediately. If you cook several servings of okroshka at once, then you do not need to fill the entire volume.
