If you like soft cheeses, try making a mouth-watering hearty soup with feta cheese. It turns out to be aromatic and salty in taste.
Ingredients
Pork - 250 g
Potatoes - 2 pcs.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Green onions - 4-5 g
Bay leaf - 2-3 pcs.
Bryndza - 120 g
Water - 1 l
Salt - 0.5 tsp
Dill greens - 3-4 g

Prepare the necessary ingredients for the feta cheese soup and start cooking!
Rinse the pork in water, cut the veins and films from the meat, cut it into portioned cubes. Place the slices in a saucepan, add the bay leaves and pour in the water. Boil everything until boiling and remove the foam. Then boil the meat for another 30 minutes.
The meat must be cooked for at least 40-50 minutes so that it becomes soft and juicy. Laying it in with the rest of the veggies will give you mashed potatoes and tough meat.
Peel potatoes and carrots, rinse. Cut the tubers into a medium dice, and grate the carrots on a track: fine or coarse as desired. Add vegetable slices to the pot. Boil for another 10 minutes.
Rinse the green onions, chop the dill and add to the container. Boil for another 2-3 minutes.
If you want to get a whitened soup, then grate the feta cheese on a fine mesh grater. I prefer the version of the soup with pieces of cheese, so I cut the cheese into medium cubes - they will still boil slightly. Add cheese to hot and simmer for about 2-3 minutes. Taste the soup, adjust with salt (if necessary) and turn off the heat.
Pour the hot into deep bowls and serve along with bread, crackers, sour cream.
