Take all the ingredients you need to make Korean puktyai soup. Peel the onions and potatoes, wash under running water along with meat and other vegetables.

Heat some lean refined oil in a cauldron, put onion chopped into small cubes. Fry it for a couple of minutes, lower the heat under the pan, add pork, cut into the same small cubes. Cover the cauldron with a lid, simmer for 20 minutes.

Now put a finely chopped tomato into the cauldron, simmer for a few more minutes.

Pour water into the cauldron, put the potatoes, cook for 15-20 minutes, until fully cooked.

Cut the pepper and zucchini into small cubes, transfer to the soup, cook for a maximum of 5 minutes.

Then put a tablespoon of chai pasta in the soup.

Our region has almost the largest Korean diaspora, there is no problem buying chai pasta. I buy it from a Korean, from whom I have been taking carrots for 10 years. Even if pasta is not on the counter, ask the seller, he will always offer a huge number of options, and you can choose one to your liking. Even the smallest amount of this paste will make your soup magical. Only then can the soup be salted.

Beat one egg into the soup, stir quickly. Put the second egg in whole and hold for a couple of minutes to cook.

Pour the prepared Korean puktyai soup into a convenient bowl, top with a boiled egg and sprinkle with fresh herbs.

Enjoy it.
