Completely low-fat, delicious soup made from homemade noodles and chicken drumsticks (not including broccoli and other vegetables). Homemade noodles don't turn sour!

Ingredients

Homemade noodles - 200 g

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Chicken drumsticks - 4 pcs.

Carrots - 1 pc.

Half-hot red pepper - 1 tsp

Broccoli - 100 g

Broth cube - 1 pc. (optional)

Salt to taste

To make chicken soup with homemade semolina noodles, prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Don't forget about homemade noodles.

Put a pot of water on the fire and add the chicken drumsticks.

Bring to a boil and skim off the foam, immediately reducing heat. I immediately add the bouillon cube to give the soup some flavor and at least a little fat content, because the legs are completely lean. Salt the broth immediately.

Cook the broth for half an hour over very low heat, under a slightly open lid, so that the boil is almost imperceptible.

After half an hour, add finely chopped carrots and peeled whole onions to the soup.

Add the half-hot pepper flakes immediately. It does not give much spiciness, but it gives the dish, along with the carrots, a beautiful color.

Cook the chicken and carrots until tender over very low heat. In this case, nothing will boil down, but it will sweat well, and the broth will remain transparent.

When the meat is cooked and loose from the bones, add broccoli or green peas.

Add the homemade noodles almost immediately. It cooks very quickly and does not sour in the broth. Boil the soup for one minute, then remove from heat.

Let the soup sit for 10 minutes until the noodles are fully cooked and ready to serve. I prefer to separate the meat from the bones and add it back to the soup.
