Cooking chicken soup with vegetables in a cauldron in an oriental way, quickly and without problems. Thanks to tomato paste, the soup is very bright in appearance.
Boneless chicken thighs - 300 g
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Potatoes - 3-4 pcs.
Tomato paste - 1 tablespoon
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Broccoli - 100 g (optional)
Salt to taste
Ground coriander - 0.3 tsp
Hops-suneli - 0.3 tsp
Ground pepper - optional

To make a soup with boneless fried chicken thighs, prepare the ingredients right away from the ingredients list.
Broccoli is optional but desirable.)
In a cauldron, heat the vegetable oil well and fry the chicken thigh pieces until golden brown. Salt.
Add onions and finely chopped carrots. Fry everything together for 5-8 minutes. Garlic can be added if desired.
Add spices and tomato paste, slightly diluted with water, fry for another 2 minutes.
Then a turn of diced potatoes, stir and keep on fire for a couple of minutes, add a little salt.
Pour the soup with water, bring it to a boil. Cook until the potatoes are soft. Taste with salt periodically.
And at the very end add broccoli, then cook for a couple of minutes. Taste the soup and add what is missing.
