Even children will be happy to eat this aromatic and healthy turkey wing soup. Add a chopped boiled egg to it at the end of cooking.
Turkey wing - 350 g (part)
Potatoes - 3 pcs.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Onions - 0.5 pcs.
Boiled chicken egg - 2 pcs.
Water - 1.5 l
Garlic - 1 clove
Dill - 5 g (0.5 bunch)
Salt - 0.25 tsp
Bay leaf - 1-2 pcs.

Step by step recipe with photo
Prepare the required ingredients for the turkey wing soup with vegetables and eggs and start cooking. Optionally, you can boil part of the turkey wing or cut the meat from it, as I did. Boil chicken eggs in advance for 12 minutes and cool slightly.
Peel potatoes, carrots and onions, rinse in water. Cut the potatoes into medium cubes and place in a saucepan. Wash a portion of the turkey wing in water, cut the flesh and cut it into small cubes. Place in a saucepan as well as potatoes.
Pour in warm water, add salt and bay leaves. Place the pot on the stove, bring the contents to a boil, and be sure to remove any foam that has formed. This can be done with a slotted spoon. Boil the potatoes for 15 minutes.
Grate the carrots, and cut the half of the onion into small cubes. Add to pot. Boil for another 5-7 minutes.
Peel boiled chicken eggs from the shell, rinse them in water. Cut into cubes and pour into a container.
Add chopped fresh herbs immediately. Boil for 1-2 minutes and taste the dish. Adjust it as desired. Turn off the heating.
Pour hot turkey wing soup with vegetables and egg into bowls, serve with bread.
