Spicy, very rich, aromatic, bright and healthy soup. Chickpeas and beef must be boiled for an hour.
Chickpeas - 150 g
Beef - 400 g
Onions - 1 pc.
Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Potatoes - 250 g
Tomato paste - 1 tablespoon
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Water - 2 l
Greens - 10 g
Salt, pepper - to taste

Prepare foods for the beef and chickpea soup.
Soak the chickpeas in water overnight, so it will become softer and cook faster during cooking. After soaking, rinse the chickpeas, put them in a saucepan, fill with a new portion of water, put on fire. Cook the chickpeas for 60 minutes. Salt the water at the end of the process.
Simultaneously with the chickpeas, boil the beef. The meat can be cooked whole or cut into pieces.
An hour later, when the chickpeas and beef are cooked, other components can be added to the broth. Cut the potatoes into cubes or strips, put in a saucepan.
Chop the onion into small squares, put in a preheated oil pan.
Cut the carrots into triangular slices, the pepper into small squares. Throw the vegetables over to the onion, fry together for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Add tomato paste and a little water (broth is possible), simmer for a few minutes.
Put the contents of the pan into the pan, when the potatoes are almost ready, cook for 10 minutes.
At the end, add chopped greens to the soup, bring the soup to taste, adding salt and pepper, boil, remove from heat.
Pour the chickpea and beef soup into bowls.
