Cooking a soup with millet and eggs with the addition of meatballs. A simple but rather unusual version of the soup for every day. Very satisfying!
Ingredients
Minced pork and beef - 200 g
Onions - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Millet - 50 g
Potatoes - 2-3 pcs.
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Fresh greens - 15 g
Water - 2 l
Salt, pepper - to taste

Prepare all the food you need for the millet and meatball soup. Twist the meat of two types through a meat grinder in advance, getting minced meat.
Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes or strips.
Remove the top layer from the onions and carrots, cut the onion into cubes, grate the carrots on a grater with large holes.
Put a pot of water on the fire, after boiling, place all prepared vegetables in the liquid.
Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Separate small portions from the main mass, roll up meatball blanks of the same shape and size.
Also send them to the pot after the vegetables. Stir, after about 5 minutes they will float to the surface. Bring the liquid to a boil again, then reduce the heat, cover the pan with a lid.
To get rid of the bitter taste of millet, pour hot water over it for 5 minutes. This will remove top dust from the cereal, which can be bitter. Rinse the millet several times with water, add to the broth 10 minutes after laying the potatoes.
Break the eggs into a deep container, whisk into a homogeneous mixture.
When the potatoes and millet are cooked, pour the egg mixture into the soup, stirring in parallel with a spoon. Add chopped greens to the soup, bring it to taste and desired density, boil, remove from heat.
Let it sit for 15 minutes. That's it, the soup with millet and meatballs is ready! Can be served on the table.
