Take the foods on the list, millet kulesh can be cooked with one brisket or with only ribs.
Rinse millet well in several waters, otherwise it will give bitterness. Pour pork ribs with water, let it boil and toss in the stalks of herbs, vegetable trimmings. Cook until the meat is tender - 30 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the vegetable slices: dice the onions, carrots and celery into small cubes.
Cut the brisket into the same small cube. It can be thrown into the soup as a separate dressing, or it can be lightly fried.
Melt a little of any fat or oil in a skillet and lightly fry the vegetables and brisket.
Peel the potatoes and cut into larger cubes.
When the meat is cooked, remove the stems and stock vegetables, add potatoes and millet.
After 10 minutes, add vegetable dressing to the kulesh, salt, then simmer for another 10 minutes over low heat.
