The soup is prepared in a few simple steps. The absence of potatoes speeds up the preparation of the dish, which will delight every housewife. Also, without potatoes, the soup becomes less high-calorie, but remains the same tasty. Delicate chicken broth is ideal for a quick lunch or dinner - it cooks in a short time.

Ingredients

For 2 liters of water:

Chicken meat (any parts) - 250 g

Thin vermicelli - 150 g

Onions - 60 g

Carrots - 70 g

Vegetable oil - 40 g

Dill - 2-3 g

Salt, black pepper - to taste

Step by step recipe with photo

Prepare the ingredients for the no-potato chicken noodle soup.

Rinse chicken meat, put in a saucepan and cover with clean water. Bring to a boil, collect all foam, add salt and reduce heat. Boil the broth with a slight simmer for 20 minutes.

Take out the meat, bones and skin. Cut the chicken into medium pieces.

Pour fine spider web vermicelli into the boiling broth, mix and cook for 4-5 minutes until soft.

While the noodles are cooking, prepare the vegetables for frying. Peel the onions and carrots. Then chop the onion into small cubes, and grate the carrots.

Heat oil in a skillet on medium heat. Add vegetables to the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Make sure nothing is burnt.

Place the roast into the soup and place the chicken in the pot.

Adjust the soup to taste - add more salt and black pepper if desired. Also add finely chopped dill to the soup, stir and cook for a couple of minutes. Done! Cover with a lid and let it brew for a few more minutes.
