For making soup from pink salmon, the head, ridge with bones and fins with a tail remaining after cutting it into fillets are quite suitable. Using them, we get a delicious, rich broth that will give an extraordinary taste to the whole soup. As with any fish soup in this recipe, in addition to fish, we will need the most unpretentious ingredients.
Put the tail with fins, head and bones left after cutting into a saucepan, pour cold water and cook. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes.
Then strain the broth and discard the seeds.
Put potatoes, cut into small pieces, in the strained broth.
Rinse the rice and add to the saucepan.
Cut carrots with onions into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil.
Cut the pink salmon fillet into small pieces and, together with the fried carrots and onions, put into a saucepan.
Now you need to salt and pepper the soup, add the bay leaf. Boil for 15 minutes and you can turn off the heat.
Ready pink salmon soup can be poured into plates and served.
