Salmon - 400 g
Processed cheese - 200 g
Spinach - 100 g
Onions - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
Potatoes - 1 pc.
Sweet paprika - 1 tsp (no slide)
Salt, black pepper - to taste

I love cheese soups and most often I cook the simplest and fastest - with mushrooms, onions and carrots. I have long wanted to try cheese soup with salmon, because I also love fish. And so, our pleasant acquaintance took place. I also offer you a recipe for a delicious, hearty, aromatic soup with salmon, spinach, vegetables, and, of course, cheese.
We will prepare the necessary products.
Peel the fish, rinse well. Pour the fish with cold water (about 2.2 liters) and put on fire. After boiling the water, remove the foam and cook the broth over low heat for 20-25 minutes.
When the fish is ready, separate the meat from the bones, divide the meat into small pieces.
Cut onions, carrots and bell peppers into small cubes.
Fry vegetables in vegetable oil.
Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes.
Transfer vegetables and potatoes to the finished broth, bring to a boil, then add the processed cheese. Cook the soup for 10-12 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
Add chopped spinach to the soup.
Immediately after the spinach, add the fish, cut into pieces, salt, pepper and ground paprika to the pan. 2 minutes after boiling, remove the saucepan from the heat.
Delicious soup with salmon and spinach is ready.
