How difficult it is sometimes to feed a child healthy and tasty. We have to go to the tricks so that the child receives the necessary set of vitamins, minerals and trace elements with food. I offer you a variant of a light, tasty and very healthy fish soup for children, which is prepared very quickly.

Let's prepare products according to the list. I did not use carrots for the soup, because my granddaughter does not like them, and you can safely add carrots. It is advisable to use children's-themed pasta for this recipe - in the form of various figures of famous cartoon characters or just curly pasta. It is better to take tuna in its own juice without spices.

Peel the potatoes and put them to boil in a saucepan, add 500 ml of water and salt it.

Once the potatoes are tender, add the pasta and cook the soup for 10 minutes.

After that add the green peas. Both fresh and frozen peas will do, the second should not be defrosted, you can immediately put it in the soup.

At the very end, lay out the canned tuna along with the liquid. Cook the soup for another 10 minutes, until it boils. After that, remove the soup from heat, add parsley or green onions.

We serve ready-made fish soup for children in portions with croutons or fresh bread.
