Ingredients
Pollock - 600-700 g
Carrots - 1-2 pcs.
Potatoes - 2 pcs.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
Fresh dill - 0.5 bunch
Water - 2.5 liters

I suggest you cook pollock fish soup. Pollock is a fairly common fish, but it is believed that it is completely tasteless, therefore it is not very popular. Nevertheless, for people watching their figure, this fish will be very useful, since it is dietary and very useful. Pollock fish soup is a classic Russian dish that is quite simple to prepare.
To cook pollock fish soup, we need pollock fish, better with the head, but without me. Also, experts advise to cook fish soup from freshly caught fish, but where can you get it? We will cook from frozen. We also need potatoes, carrots, onions, salt, peppercorns, bay leaves, fresh dill and ready-made seasoning for fish soup.

I also added 1 tbsp. vodka, this is what one friend of mine always does, then the ear retains its taste and due to this the characteristic smell of fish disappears. The vodka should evaporate.
Sprinkle the soup with fresh finely chopped dill, remove from heat and let it brew for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh herbs when serving.
