Such a simple and delicious soup can be prepared in just half an hour. For greater satiety and thickness of the soup, I added fine vermicelli, but most often I cook it with millet or rice. If you cook with cereals, then put it in the soup along with potatoes.
To prepare soup with canned sardines, we will prepare the products according to the list.
We put a pot of water on the fire, after boiling, add sardine with liquid from a jar and potatoes, peeled and finely chopped into soup. From the moment of boiling, we reduce the fire, cook under the lid for 20 minutes.
At this time, we are preparing a frying for the soup: we sauté chopped onions and carrots in butter.
After 10 minutes from the moment the soup boils, add frying to the soup, and after another 5 minutes - noodles and finely chopped greens. Salt to taste.
