Ukha is a simple and tasty Russian dish. I have had occasion to taste some fish soup cooked on a fire - indescribable deliciousness! Of course, you can't cook this at home, but you can try to cook the same. The tail, bones, head of a fish are suitable for cooking fish soup, but I do not like this. Therefore, I propose to cook salmon fillet fish soup.
To prepare salmon fish soup, prepare the products according to the list.
Cut the potatoes and carrots into large enough pieces, add water and cook. Cook until vegetables are fully cooked.
In the meantime, let's get down to fish. Cut off the skin, if any, remove the bones. Wash the salmon and cut into large pieces.
Meanwhile, vegetables were cooked. Remember we cook them until cooked through? Add pieces of salmon to the pan and cook for 3 minutes.
Then add bay leaf and fish soup seasoning (it contains sea salt, peppercorns, dried vegetables, citric acid) to the soup. Let's boil it for another minute.
