I propose a recipe for a fish soup with a rich and bright taste in the Finnish style, i.e. This is a variation of the traditional Finnish creamy salmon soup, but instead of cream, processed cheese is used, preferably creamy. Pine nuts add a certain touch, but they are not required, add fresh herbs and peppers to your taste.
Such a soup can, of course, be prepared simply in a saucepan.
