To prepare this soup, you need to take: trout, carrots, potatoes, onions, rice, pickled or pickled cucumbers, salt, pepper, bay leaves, sunflower oil, herbs.
First, cook the trout broth. To do this, clean the fish, wash, put it in a saucepan and fill it with cold water.
Bring the water to a boil, remove the foam and cook over the lowest heat. The lower the boil, the clearer the broth. After 30 minutes, the fish stock is ready.
No matter how hard you try, there will still be flakes from the broth. Therefore, I always filter the broth. We clean, wash and chop the potatoes. Put it in fish broth. As soon as the potatoes in the broth boil, add the rice, which must first be washed.
Free the boiled trout from bones and skin.
Peel and wash onions and carrots. Finely chop the onion, and three carrots on a grater. Pour sunflower oil into the pan and put vegetables. Simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat, then put in a saucepan. Cook until rice and vegetables are cooked.
