Pike perch is a very tasty and healthy river predator. The meat of the pike perch is tender, there are few bones, the large pike perch have a little fat on the abdomen. Fish soup can also be prepared from small pike perch, today I propose to cook fish soup from the head, fins and tail of large pike perch.

First, wash the fish, clean and gut. Then cut off the tail and head, leaving some meat.
