Our supermarkets sell vacuum-packed salmon, cut into cubes. Very convenient, I can tell you! As a rule, I buy several of these packages at once: for the case called "you never know what" and "too lazy to cook dinner". From this salmon, I make a soup with capers.
This soup is ideal for fasting, as well as when you need to quickly prepare lunch.
To prepare a light soup with salmon and capers, prepare the products according to the list.
Cut the potatoes into large enough pieces, fill with water and cook until tender.
