Fish pickle with bulgur is a mixture of culinary habits of different nations.

Pink salmon - 300 g
Potatoes - 1 pc.
Carrots - 20 g
Leeks - 20 g
Bulgur - 2 tbsp
Water - 1 l
Pickled cucumbers - 40 g
Marinade - 2 tablespoons
Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
Cumin - 0.5 tsp.

Have you ever made a fish pickle? And even with bulgur? I suggest you try it! We loved this light, rich soup. It tastes slightly like a fish hodgepodge, but bulgur gives its own flavor note.
You can take a fish soup kit from the fish - cut off the head, tail, cm 10, add the backbone, if cut into fillets.
The taste of pickle, of course, depends on the freshness of the fish, so try to choose high-quality pink salmon.
Take the groceries on the list.
Pour water over the head, removing the gills, add the tail and whatever else you deem necessary to cut off from the fish. Add a slice of celery, onions, greens. Cook a good, strong, flavorful broth. Season with salt at the end of cooking.
Take out the fish and roots, strain the broth.
Chop vegetables at random.
Place vegetables in broth and simmer until potatoes are tender.
Remove the pulp from the fish.
When the potatoes are almost ready, add the fish to the soup.
Add bulgur (without rinsing).
Grate a cucumber and add to the pickle, season to taste with pickle from cucumbers. Cook until the cereals are ready. Season with bay leaves, cumin seeds, you can add herbs from a jar of cucumbers.
Serve ready-made fish pickle with bulgur with fresh herbs, you can add sour cream.
