Tasty and rich fish soup can be obtained not only from fish heads.

Salmon is an important fish product in which all valuable substances are balanced. Fish soups are an ideal solution for proper nutrition, since salmon cooked in the first course is much healthier than fried salmon, and it is also less nutritious.
Salmon fish soup has a delicate and pleasant taste. Tomatoes add their acid balance, which makes the fish soup taste even more interesting. In the classic recipes for fish soup, cereal is not used, only vegetables are thrown in their raw form, cut large enough.
Butcher the salmon steak - separate the fillets from the skin, spine and bones. Cut the fillet into large pieces.
Put a pot of water on the fire, boil, load the ridge and skin. Toss in the peppercorns and bay leaves. Salt the broth to taste, cook for 40 minutes over low heat, so it will turn out transparent.
Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Peel potatoes and carrots, chop potatoes into cubes, carrots into slices.
Remove the husk from the onion, cut into cubes. Peel off the peel from the tomatoes, to do this, dip them in boiling water for a minute, after which the peel will easily come off.
After a while, strain the broth, pour into a saucepan, put back on fire. Place the sliced potatoes, onions and carrots in the boiling broth. Cook vegetables for 20 minutes over medium heat.
Then place large pieces of salmon in the broth, continue to cook for another 15 minutes.
At the end, add tomatoes and chopped parsley into a saucepan, cook for 5 minutes. Taste the wuhu, bring to a boil, remove from heat.
After cooling the salmon soup with tomatoes, pour into plates.
