Salmon is an important fish product in which all valuable substances are balanced. Fish soups are an ideal solution for proper nutrition, since salmon cooked in the first course is much healthier than fried salmon, and it is also less nutritious.

Salmon fish soup has a delicate and pleasant taste. Tomatoes add their acid balance, which makes the fish soup taste even more interesting. In the classic recipes for fish soup, cereal is not used, only vegetables are thrown in their raw form, cut large enough.

Butcher the salmon steak - separate the fillets from the skin, spine and bones. Cut the fillet into large pieces.

Put a pot of water on the fire, boil, load the ridge and skin. Toss in the peppercorns and bay leaves. Salt the broth to taste, cook for 40 minutes over low heat, so it will turn out transparent.
