If you have frozen or fresh shrimp available and are going to serve them with beer, then take the time and create a shrimp broth out of them. On its basis, you can prepare any side dish with a bright taste and aroma: mashed potatoes, pasta, cereals, etc., mouth-watering soups, bouillabaisse. After cooling, the broth can be poured into containers and frozen in the freezer - for future meals.
Since medium and large shrimps are most often sold boiled-frozen, it is advisable to add small Black Sea shrimps when cooking - they will give the liquid a brighter flavor. After boiling, shrimp can be eaten immediately or dried in the oven, dried. Remember that when you add greens to the broth, it will turn greenish.
Add salt and ground black pepper to taste, you can add 5-6 peas of black pepper instead of ground.

Pour the frozen shrimp into a deep container, pour in cold water and rinse, defrost. Then drain the water.
