Step by step recipe with photo
This aromatic silver carp fish soup with tomatoes is perfect for an everyday family dinner. This fish soup has a bright and rich taste. Fresh tomatoes, peppers and herbs add a special flavor to the broth, making the dish more juicy and expressive.
This soup is prepared quite quickly, especially if you have several pieces of peeled fish available.
Peel the potato tubers, cut into cubes or strips. Place a pot of water on the stove, add salt after boiling, then load potatoes.
Free the carrots and onions from the top layer, cut the onions into small squares, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Put the vegetables in a preheated oil pan, sauté for the next 2 minutes until soft.
Peel the seeds from the inside, trim into strips. Cut the tomato into small pieces, peel off the skin if necessary. Throw the sliced peppers and tomatoes into the pan, fry with other vegetables for a few more minutes.
Cut the silver carp peeled from the husk and entrails into large pieces, place in a saucepan 10 minutes after laying the potatoes. Add peppercorns and bay leaves.
After another 5 minutes, transfer the vegetables from the pan to the pan. When all the ingredients are added, cook the soup for about 10 minutes, no more, so that the fish does not fall apart into small pieces. Throw a shredder of fresh herbs into the soup before turning off the heat. Taste the soup to determine how much salt is missing.
Insist silver carp fish soup with tomatoes for 5-10 minutes under the lid, then pour into bowls.
Enjoy your meal!
