The classic carp fish soup will become more aromatic if you cook it with mushrooms, for example, with champignons, without forgetting about celery!
Ingredients
Carp (head, tail, trimmings) - 500 g
Tomato - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Celery (greens) - 6-10 g
Champignons - 100 g
Hot pepper - 1 pc.
Water - 1.5 l
Salt - 0.5 tsp
Ground black pepper - 3 pinches
Bay leaf - 3-4 pcs.

Since mushrooms are not cooked for long, they need to be added to the ear 5-8 minutes before the end of cooking.
An ear without celery is not so fragrant - it loses exactly that attractive tart taste and smell for which it is famous. You can use stalk celery or root celery. Those who like fish soup can add potatoes, but potatoes are not the main vegetable for this dish.
So, prepare the necessary ingredients for the carp soup with mushrooms and start cooking!
Thoroughly clean the fish parts from the scales, remove the gills from the head. The eyes do not need to be removed. Rinse with water. Peel carrots and onions and rinse.
Place the carp parts in a saucepan or cauldron, cut the carrots into large pieces and place in a container.
Pour in warm water and place the container on the stove. Bring the contents of the saucepan to a boil and remove the foam. Add salt and bay leaves, boil everything for about 20-25 minutes.
Cut the onion into half rings. Rinse the mushrooms. Cut into slices. Place everything in a saucepan along with the celery. Using celery root, peel and grate. Pepper the soup.
Add chopped tomato slices. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
One minute before turning off, place the chili peppers in a saucepan and remove after a minute.
Divide the boiled fish pieces into bowls and add the aromatic broth. Carp soup with mushrooms is ready for tasting.
