Step by step recipe with photo
Prepare food for salmon soup with rice.
Chop the potatoes at random (I like it coarsely in this soup), put in a saucepan. Add the washed rice to it. Fill with water and put the pot on gas.
While the rice and potatoes are boiling, prepare the dressing.
Chop the onions and carrots at random and fry in sunflower oil (1-2 tablespoons) until tan. This will make the soup tastier.
Add the dressing and the sliced fish to the rice and potato saucepan.
Boil for 3-5 minutes.
Add salt, pepper, fish soup seasoning. Turn off the heating.
Remove the pot from the stove. Add finely chopped dill.
