Very tasty and spicy soup with sprats and vegetables, quite similar to a hodgepodge. It turns out that sprats can be cooked useful!
Sprats - 1 can
Potatoes - 100 g
Carrots - 30 g
Zucchini - 60 g
Onions - 30 g
Celery stalk - 20 g
Pickled cucumbers - 40 g
Tomato paste - 10 g
Sweet pepper puree - 40 g
Olives - 8 pcs.
Sunflower oil - 30 ml
Water - 800 ml
Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
Peppercorns - 5 pcs.

For the sprat soup, use the ingredients listed in the ingredients list.
Cut the carrots, onions and celery into small cubes.
Simmer the vegetables until the onions are transparent in sunflower oil.
Cut the remaining vegetables into similar cubes: potatoes, zucchini, pickled or pickled cucumbers.
First add potatoes to the pan, splash 2-3 spoons of water and simmer everything together until the potatoes are semi-soft, 3-4 minutes.
Next, send the zucchini and cucumbers to the pan.
Season with tomato and pepper puree.
Pour in water and cook until vegetables are tender.
In the meantime, open a can of sprat, drain the oil filling. Crush the sprats in half across. You can grind them if you want, but when they are whole, the soup is prettier.
Season the soup with bay leaves, peppercorns.
Add sprats, salt to taste.
The last step is to introduce the olives. Warm up everything together for 10 minutes.

This soup with canned fish can be prepared on fast days when fish and sunflower oil are allowed. To facilitate the composition of the products, potatoes can be excluded altogether.
