An easy and low-calorie instant fish soup made from canned tuna with vegetables and rice.

Prepare the ingredients for your canned tuna and rice soup.
Peel potato tubers, cut into cubes or medium-sized strips. Pour cold water over the slices for a few minutes, this will rid the vegetable of starch, then rinse well.
Peel off the top layer from the carrots and onion heads, rinse, cut the carrots into strips, and cut the onions into small cubes. If desired, you can use a different type of cutting of vegetables, for example, using a grater.
Rinse the rice several times with running water, then drain all the water.
Put a pot of water on the fire, after boiling, add salt to the liquid, throw in all the prepared vegetables. After boiling, reduce the heat, remove the foam on the surface with a slotted spoon, cook the vegetables until soft.
After about 5 minutes add rice, stir, cook for another 10 minutes. It is better to use round rice for soup.
Remove the canned tuna from the oil, lightly crush with a fork into smaller pieces. Leave the crushed tuna in its original state.
When rice and potatoes are soft, add canned fish to the soup, stir, cook for no more than 5 minutes. During this time, the broth is fully saturated with fish taste and aroma.
At the end, add chopped fresh herbs (preferably parsley) to the soup, salt, add ground black pepper to taste, boil, remove from heat. The soup with canned tuna and rice is ready.
Let the soup steep for 10 minutes, then pour into deep bowls.
