When you have very little time, and you still need to feed your family dinner, you can make canned salmon soup. Rice adds thickness to the soup, potatoes and an egg make the soup more satisfying, and olives add an interesting flavor to the soup. You will need the following ingredients to make the soup with canned salmon and rice. Boil the egg immediately.
Peel onions, carrots and potatoes. Cut onions and carrots into small cubes, potatoes - a little larger.
Boil water in a saucepan, add vegetables and rice to it, salt. Cook until potatoes are tender.
While the soup is boiling, cut the boiled egg into cubes and the olives.
If the potatoes are ready, add the egg, olives and salmon from the jar to the soup. Stir gently and taste the soup. Season with pepper, and if not enough salt, then add.
Chop the dill, add it to the soup after the fish. Bring soup to a boil and remove from heat.
Cover the pot with a lid, let it brew for 5 minutes, and you're done. The soup with canned salmon and rice can be served in bowls.
