Slimming Onion Soup is a simple and delicious first course you can make for lunch. There can be many options for such a soup, since each housewife will cook it in her own way. This soup is prepared without potatoes, but if you do not need a diet, you can safely add it.
Onions - 400 g
White cabbage - 200 g
Carrots - 1 pc.
Tomato - 1 pc.
Fresh dill - 0.5 bunch
Sunflower oil - 60 ml
Salt, pepper - to taste
Bay leaf - 1 pc.

Step by step recipe with photo
Cut the cabbage into small squares.
Chop the onion and fry it until transparent in sunflower oil.
Put the fried onions, carrots, cut into slices or strips, cabbage in a saucepan. Pour water or broth into a saucepan and cook vegetables until the carrots are tender.
Cut the tomato into small cubes.
Add it to the soup, salt and bring to a boil.
Chop the dill. Add peppercorns and bay leaf to the soup, then add dill. Remove soup from heat and let it brew.
