In spring, our bodies usually lack vitamins (a well-known fact!) And spinach soup is just a godsend. But, alas, it is not always possible to buy fresh spinach in the market or in the supermarket in winter or early spring. In this case, frozen will help out.

The good thing about spinach is that when frozen and cooked, it does not lose its beneficial properties. Spinach is a real treasure of vitamins and microelements. I didn't know this before, but I read that the amount of carotene in spinach is almost the same as in carrots, which has a very positive effect on improving vision.

Spinach is very useful for the thyroid gland, regulates metabolism in the body. Improves the functioning of the nervous system, restores balance. Nutritionists recommend using spinach in the treatment of many diseases.

If you have never eaten spinach before, start tomorrow, I assure you, you will understand that you missed something very important and tasty in your diet before!

Here are the ingredients we'll need to make this frozen spinach soup.

Peel the onion, wash and chop finely. Pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil into a saucepan with a thick bottom and put chopped onions. Fry lightly.

Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into cubes. Place in a saucepan with fried onions. Fill with water to cover the potatoes and cook until tender.

Rub hard cheese on a grater (and if you add more melted Yantar cheese, you will get a soup with a more pronounced creamy taste) and put it on the finished potatoes and boil for a few more minutes until the cheese softens.

Pour in milk, add paprika.

Add frozen spinach briquettes. Do not forget to salt to taste! Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 3-4 minutes.

The frozen spinach soup is ready. You can take a sample!

Enjoy your meal!
