Zucchini - 150 g
Pumpkin - 250 g
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Celery - 2 petioles
Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
Tomatoes - 3 pcs.
Garlic - 3 wedges
Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
Salt, pepper - to taste
Water to taste (focus on the desired density)

Soup with vegetables is light. These soups are very healthy and nutritious. The composition of vegetables can be very different, depending on the season and your preferences. If desired, you can add herbs and sour cream to the finished soup.
Prepare all vegetables for the soup.
Cut the pumpkin into small cubes.
Cut celery, carrots, onions, sweet peppers into small cubes.
Pour olive oil into a saucepan in which soup with vegetables will be cooked and put chopped carrots, onions, celery and bell peppers. Fry for 10 minutes.
Then add the pumpkin pieces and simmer the vegetables for 15 minutes.
Then cut the courgettes into small cubes and add to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
Chop the garlic.
Chop the tomatoes.
Add tomatoes and garlic to a saucepan.
After 5 minutes, add water, season with salt and pepper to taste, cover and cook the soup for 15 minutes.
Pour ready-made diet pumpkin soup into bowls. Everyone adds sour cream and herbs to their taste.
