This light vegetable soup is especially suitable for fasting days. They can replace one or more meals a day. Vegetable soups restore water metabolism, improve the digestive tract, cleanse the body. For weight correction, their purpose is that a lot of energy is spent on digesting vegetables.
It is advisable not to salt such a soup, but you can improve it with spices. Ginger root, garlic, peppers and spices are especially suitable. In this version, I will have paprika and lemon juice.
For a light vegetable soup, prepare the fresh or frozen vegetables as listed.
Throw chopped onions and carrots into boiling water. Since the soup is dietary, no vegetables are pre-fried.
After about three minutes, add the broccoli blossoms and the green beans. It doesn't matter if they are fresh or frozen.
After the next boil, add pieces of bell peppers and tomatoes into a saucepan.
Reduce heat and cook everything together for another three minutes. At the end of cooking, add spices (paprika and lemon juice) and let the soup steep for about five minutes. If the purpose of the soup is not a strict diet for weight loss, but just a little unloading, then you can improve it with a spoonful of sour cream, vegetable oil or grated cheese …
