For vegetarians and those who are fasting, it is important to diversify their menu. Beans are a great source of protein, so lean red bean soup is not only healthy, but also satisfying. Even those who are used to cooking meat first courses will definitely like this rich, thick and very tasty lean soup.
To make bean soup, let's take the products from the list. I'll make a reservation right away that you can take other vegetables - celery, bell peppers, cabbage, and not add mushrooms. But I really like the combination of beans and mushrooms, so I cook with mushrooms. I did not mention the spices, you can add them to your taste, paprika, hot peppers, garlic, turmeric, dried herbs are perfect.
