There is a fast, so it's time to fast. But even for those who do not fast, I suggest making such a completely dietary and vegetarian soup with chickpeas and vegetables. Chickpeas can be replaced with beans, for example, or you can do without them altogether.
To make a lean soup with chickpeas and vegetables, prepare the foods according to the list.
First, cut the pepper into 2 parts, remove the core. Put it in a baking dish and bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. The finished pepper will look like in the photo. Immediately, while it is hot, put it in a bag and tie it. This is done so that the skin can then be easily removed.
Well, for now, let's start with vegetables. Chop the onion and celery and fry in sunflower oil.
Then add the chipped peas and zucchini to the pot. The zucchini can be sliced to your liking. At least with washers.
Then we spread the sliced tomatoes, from which the skin was previously removed, and the chickpeas. Fill with water and cook until vegetables are cooked.
Remove the peel from the peppers, cut into strips.
Add pepper to a saucepan with soup, and garlic grated on a fine grater there. Salt and pepper to taste. Let it boil and immediately turn off the gas.
