I very rarely eat soups simply because my body does not require them, and this ginger soup is like a drug, I want it all the time. Moreover, it is being prepared too quickly and simply.
You can cook this soup with meat or vegetable broth. Or you can use plain water or add crumbs of a bouillon cube, everything is according to your preferences. As for the oil, it is added at the very end of the preparation or not added at all, if you are preparing a very dietary option. Ginger and garlic add an unforgettable spice to the soup. It is worth trying, for a fasting day - a great option.
To make ginger puree soup, prepare all the products according to the list.
Peel all vegetables, ginger and garlic, chop coarsely, fill with water or broth and put on fire.
After boiling, boil for 5 minutes and add dry roots, broth crumbs for taste, salt, and let cook until the potatoes are soft.
When the vegetables are tender, add the oil. It can be both vegetable and butter.
